While we previously offered a 30-day return window for physical planners (allowing 30 days from order receipt to request a return), all products are now exclusively digital with instant delivery, so those physical return rules no longer apply. Digital items have specific guidelines due to immediate access.

Return conditions

To be eligible for any support or refund consideration:

  • The digital file must be verified as undownloaded or unaccessed where possible.

  • You must supply your order receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Issues must be reported promptly after purchase.

How to start a return

  • Provide a replacement download link (when applicable).

  • Send instructions for accessing corrected files.

Damages and issues

Inspect your digital download immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if:

The file is defective, corrupted, or damaged.

  • You received the incorrect digital product.
    This enables quick review and resolution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products, downloadable files, and PDF templates.

  • Custom or personalized digital items (such as tailored planners made to order).

  • Certain digital hygiene or personal use files.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, where applicable.
  • We also do not accept returns on:

Exchanges

For a different digital item, the fastest approach is:

  • Submit a return request for the original purchase.

  • After approval and processing, place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds

Once we review your case, notification will confirm if a refund is approved or denied. Approved refunds process back to your original payment method. Allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund, as processing varies.
